Every notice or advertisement required to be advertised in this Journal must first be approved by the Registrar of Patents, or of Trade Marks, or as the case may be, and all advertising charges therefor are payable direct to the Registrar prior to his issuing the proof of advertisement notice to the advertiser. All cheques, bank drafts, money orders and postal orders must be crossed and made payable to the Registrar

The Patents and Trade Marks Journal: the Official Journal of Patents and Trade Marks for Tanzania is published monthly.
Editorial Office and Mission
The Journal is published in pursuance of provisions of the Patents Act (Chapter 217), Trade Marks Act Chapter 326 RE 2002 , respectively, of the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
